Q : WHEN CAN WORK ON MY PROJECT COMMENCE?+

After a simple proposal is approved, and in some instances after a retainer is received.

Q : WHAT TYPE OF TURNAROUND TIME CAN I EXPECT?+

Projects are booked on a rolling queue, and scheduled according to their priority.

Turnaround time is discussed on a project by project basis, before any work commences.

Q : WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT ARE ACCEPTED?+

Checks made payable to "Bob Boel " Or “Cad in Motion” are preferred, but cash, online banking and money orders are fine.

Q : WHERE DO I BEGIN?+

An email or a phone call describing the scope of your need is a good way to begin. In

fact, whether local or long distance, all clients are encouraged to do business from start-

to-finish electronically.

Q : HOW DO I TRANSMIT ALL THE NECESSARY PROJECT BACKGROUND INFORMATION?+

Email all electronic files to bob@cadinmotion.com. Please keep individual emails to

around 10MB or smaller in size. Or you can use “DropBox”

Q : CAN DRAFTING SERVICES BE RENDERED AT MY OFFICE? +

AutoCAD Training- Yes.

Drafting- No. (But there may be circumstances where I may need to come in occasionally)...
